This is the strategic project of the Municipality of Milan dedicated to the cross-cutting theme of mental health, with the aim of educating and sowing change through carefully chosen and coordinated actions. Its goal is to place mental health at the very centre of social and political debate, engaging citizens of all ages, across the entire territory and social spectrum.

During the 2023/24 biennium, Beyond Brothers had the honor of supporting the Municipality of Milan and institutional bodies in the Milano4MentalHealth project – an initiative that marked an important step towards raising awareness and promoting mental health as a shared public good.

We developed a multi-subject communication campaign distinguished by its creative and inclusive approach. Every element was designed to engage a wide audience, addressing complex themes with both sensitivity and impact. The campaign spanned both offline and online channels, including a 10-second advert displayed across more than 150 outdoor supports throughout Milan, thanks to the collaboration with the Municipality.

A campaign changing the face of mental health

One of the campaign’s major achievements was the complete restyling of the project’s website, redesigned to provide easy navigation and an intuitive events calendar. The platform continues to collect information, promote the “Mental Health, a Common Good” manifesto, and inform the public about events organized by a network of partners, from local institutions to third-sector organizations.

This edition of Milano4MentalHealth has strengthened the City of Milan’s commitment to a more participatory and inclusive approach to mental health.

A project we are proud to have contributed to, helping to amplify its visibility and impact.
