The work of a designer is anything but mechanical; creativity emerges by listening first and then transforming emotions, sensations, and visions into an object or a project.

This is where we began when creating the new website for Bepi Povia, a designer with a clear vision of his work – one that aligns closely with the relationship between humanity and landscape.

His bond with agriculture, and in particular viticulture, is profound – a field where design is inextricably present.

A reflection on the relationship between agriculture and design lies at the heart of the concept of Root’s Design – where nature becomes design – created by Bepi Povia.

Design creates objects that can be reproduced on a large scale, just as agriculture is transformed into products for the market. Think of vineyards, olive groves, orange orchards, and vegetable gardens: all are supported by a design of reproducibility that makes them functional, situating them perfectly within the context in which they are born and grow, yet always with an eye toward the national or international market.
